Pepper Hot Chaing Rai. This crop produces thin pointed green fruits that mature and ripen into a deep glossy red colour. The fruits are thin fleshed and have a heavy cropping. Both colours appear on the plant at the same time which also makes them a fantastic ornamental variety as well as edible. The fruits grow to around 6cm long but can be harvested and used while still small and green. This pepper plant is ideal if you have limited space because of the way the fruit unusually grow.
