This spectacular collection of Fluted Tulips (Lily Flowering Tulips) produce elegant flower heads in vibrant colours. Equally striking whether they are planted in colour groups or mixed in a border or patio pots. The pretty flowers stand atop tall 50-55cm stems make excellent cut flowers for a vase or bouquet. The collection includes 10 each of Tulip Ballerina (orange), Mariette (pink), Lasting Love (deep red), Red Shine (red with yellow base), West Point (yellow) and White Triumphator. Flowers in April and May.

Growing at a glance…
Tulip bulbs should be planted in autumn, before any frost. Find an area of soil that is well-drained and moist and plant your bulbs at twice their depth and spaced apart by 10-15cm. Ensure they are properly covered, you should not be able to see them on the surface of the soil. Position in an area that you know receives plenty of sunlight but is also sheltered from harsh winds. Deadhead the flowers once they wilt, encouraging a healthier plant.
