Description
- A highly attractive and compact tree with clouds of scented pale pink blossom in spring
- Produces high quality sweet almonds in soft shells
- Harvest from late September
- Self fertile – you only need one tree for a good crop
- Grow in full sun on a south or west facing wall, or in a greenhouse or conservatory
- Grows to 5 x 5m but can be pruned to fit any size of garden
- Almonds can be eaten straight from the tree or used in baking and desserts
- Our trees are professionally pruned before dispatching. This formative pruning can involve cutting the main leader, if the expert tree growers decide this will produce a better shaped tree. This can stop the tree becoming “leggy”, and promote stronger, bushier growth.MORE
