Salvia Amistad is a hardy perennial which produces a bushy habit and rosettes of broad leaves surrounding erect stems, which bare luxurious blue-purple flowers with a near black colouring at its base. These long flowers last throughout the summer months. Height 1-1.3m. Ideal for planting in borders. UK grown 3cm jumbo plug plants supplied. Winner of the RHS Award of Garden Merit.

Must be watered regularly and keep in areas with plenty of sun. Dead head as and when necessary, after flowers are fully established.Plant straight away upon arrival in full sun or in partial shade. They prefer soil that is humus rich, light and well drained.
