This is an intriguing evergreen with a tropical look, a hybrid between Ivy and Fatsia.
Thick, erect stems support small palmate leaves.
It can grow to about 6 ft tall, is frost hardy and does well in the shade where it benefits greatly from just a little extra attention over other plants with feed and water.
A showstopper in the garden and a great way to brighten a dark corner, not to mention a talking point as it is a rare plant to find.
