Rhododendrons are one of the most popular and reliable shrubs in the UK, giving you great summer colour and attractive foliage all year round. ‘Germania’ really packs a punch, blooming from late spring to early summer displaying vibrant bright pink, bell-shaped flowers in upright clusters. Its large glossy, dark green leaves contrast beautifully against these blooms and make a wonderful addition of colour and structure to any winter area. This compact shrub can grow up to 1.8 metres but is easily kept small. Its bright colour makes it great as a specimen plant in a patio container scheme, but it would also add amazing interest to a border.
This is a versatile, low maintenance plant which requires acidic and moist but well-drained soil. Make sure you place this in an area that gets a lot of light and is sheltered as this Rhododendron grows best in full sun or partial shade.
Supplied in approx. 3 litre containers at an approximate height of 60-80cm.
