Growing Information
Pre-soak seed overnight before planting. Spread thickly over a seed tray of fine damp compost. Cover with another seed tray to exclude light and encourage rooting. Remove lid after 4-5 days and water if the tray feels dry. Harvest the grass when the second leaf starts to emerge as it is the most nutricious at this time. Sow all year. Harvest all year.
