Growing Information
Pot up ipomoea plants and grow them on until they are large enough to transplant outdoors. When Morning Glory plants are well grown and all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over a period of 7-10 days before transplanting into patio containers and borders outdoors. Choose a sheltered position in full sun on any well drained garden soil. Train Ipomoea plants onto a suitable support such as trellis, wires or a freestanding climbing frame.
