Prunus laurocerasus ‘Ivory’ is a fantastic new variegated cherry laurel with striking brilliant white to cream marbled foliage.
A beautiful combination with it’s fresh green, it is particularly prevalent on young foliage and will gradually darken to green as the leaves mature. The leaves create a perfect backdrop to other plants in the garden. It also combines well with the 10-12cm long (4-5″) long spikes of beautiful white flowers. Prunus laurocerasus ‘Ivory’ flowers abundantly and is extremely cold hardy too, so a perfect evergreen for troublesome sites. Very easy and stong growing, it is best pruned in late winter to promote masses of fresh variegated foliage.
