Tell Me More…
Sutera Baristo ‘Double Lavender’ is more commonly recognised as Bacopa; a half-hardy annual that fills hanging baskets in the garden with luscious shades of bluish-purple. Rambling, trailing and tumbling, the evergreen stems act as platforms from whence the delightful double blooms emerge. As is the case with all Sutera plants, Sutera Baristo ‘Double Lavender’, has a particularly long flowering period. Blooms will appear right through summer, from June to October, and will dazzle and delight as they burst forth for a full summer of colour. Subtle shades of lavender go exceptionally well in cottage garden schemes, as classic English Lavenders have proven for many years. Pair up in with other annual bedding plants, for a busy and colourful display in garden beds.Prefers to be planted in well-drained soil in part-sun or part-shade. It is only half-hardy, withstanding down to around 0 C. H: 15cm S: 45cm.
