Description
- Peach trees don’t just yield delicious fruits, they produce incredible blossoms, too! ‘Pink Peachy’ is a dwarf variety that’s perfect for container growing, boasting abundant pink blossoms alongside the sumptuous peaches later in the year.
- Naturally growing to just a metre-and-a-half (or so) in height, this tree needs only minimal pruning each year and loves nothing more than to bask in a sheltered, sunny spot on a patio or balcony.
- Your peaches will be ready to pick at the end of summer into the start of autumn. Eat them fresh, bake in a crumble or toss in a panzanella salad.
- Like all peach trees, ‘Pink Peachy’ is self-fertile, meaning it doesn’t require a pollination partner in order to bear fruit.
- The peach tree (Prunus persica) has been recognised by the Royal Horticultural Society as one of its Plants for Pollinators, indicating its appeal to pollinating insects like bees and butterflies.
