No your eyes don’t deceive you – this is a blueberry that produces intense pink coloured blueberries! On top of this, pink blooms will appear in spring against the lush green foliage, which turn into little green berries in the late summer months. Blueberry ‘Pink Lemonade’ is a deciduous, bushy shrub that works well planted in pots or borders, where it’s neat and upright growth will offer space saving interest all season. As with all Blueberries, it is self-fertile meaning you don’t need to plant with a pollinating partner, but absolutely does improve yield and reliability if you do. Height and spread: 150cm (59″).
Growing Information
Blueberries require a well drained, acid soil in a sunny or semi shaded position. In areas where acid soil does not naturally occur, grow blueberry plants in patio containers using a mix of ericaceous compost and John Innes No. 3.
