This exciting Dogwood Duo is ideal for using as attractive hedging, adding to wildlife, woodland and cottage gardens, as well as using as a showy specimen plant. From May until July, masses of pure white flowers will appear, contrasting beautifully against its fresh green foliage and bushy form. As Autumn approaches each bloom will transform into a glossy black berry and its leaflets will gleam in shades of orange, red and gold. This Cornus is much loved for its next alteration, when its branches are stripped bare of leaves and turn to a shade of fiery red. They add lots of garden interest and create vibrancy throughout those dull months. ‘Winter Flame’ and ‘Sibirica’ can develop in height and spread to around 3m, they remain easy to care for all year round and make a popular choice for low maintenance gardeners.
