Somerton garden dining furniture
Made from high quality cast aluminium, with a dark grey Xerix-coloured finish, the Somerton table and chairs are strong, lightweight, rustproof and weatherproof. The table is finished with a coordinating tabletop in Hartman’s tough Tuscan Ceramic Glass. This is tempered for extra strength and safety. It is heat resistant and scratch resistant and easily wipes clean. To coordinate with Somerton’s dark grey colour scheme, the ceramic glass tabletop comes in Hartman’s Onyx-coloured finish.
Somerton “weather ready” cushions
The Somerton chairs all boast thick seat and back cushions with a deep 8cm-thick fill. The cushion covers are removable so they can be easily washed. They also have self-ties so you can secure them in place when in use. The cushion covers are made with Hartman’s weather-ready fabric which has been designed to withstand light showers. Hartman says you can leave the cushions outside during the summer months. However, we always recommend that you store your garden cushions in a dry and ventilated space when you aren’t using them. This will help you prolong the life of your garden furniture.
Coordinating Hartman parasol in mid grey
The six-seat rectangular garden dining set from Hartman’s Somerton collection comes with a coordinating three-metre round parasol and matching 15kg parasol base. The parasol is 50SPF certified for your reassurance. It’s a real boon on sunny days. We love the crank handle and tilt function – they make it easy to find the perfect position. Note that the parasol should not be used in bad weather or high winds. During bad weather, store in a dry and ventilated space instead.

- Aluminium frames are sturdy but lightweight and won’t rust.
- Tuscan ceramic glass tabletop is tempered, heat resistant and scratch resistant.
- Can be left outside all year round (except cushions).
- Easy to clean; clean with a non-abrasive sponge and regular washing-up liquid, then rinse thoroughly.
- Do not use jet washers on your garden furniture.
- We recommend storing the cushions in a dry, ventilated space when not in use.
- You should store cushions inside during periods of bad weather and during the Autumn and Winter months.
- If storing inside, allow to dry completely before storing.
- Use a breathable, waterproof furniture cover to protect your garden furniture when not in use.
