This intriguing Begonia flowers from December until April, it generates small pink flowers that contrast well against its dramatic foliage. This tender perennial boasts green and silver leaflets that portray a mesmerising spiral in the centre of each leaf, its undersides generate masses of fluffy pink hairs, and it has a height and spread growth of 30cm. It enjoys dappled shade to grow and would be ideal for adding to a sunny windowsill, greenhouse or conservatory where it can make a fabulous focal point.
Growing Information
These Bonsai Trees are best grown in a bright position indoors, away from the direct glare of strong sunlight. Avoid positions that are close to radiators and doorways where they will be affected by cold draughts. Generally, these trees will prefer a cool room such as a spare bedroom, home office or conservatory. In summer, they may be gradually acclimatised to outdoor conditions, and subsequently moved onto the patio if you prefer. Be sure to re-acclimatise them to indoor conditions again in early autumn, so that they can be kept frost free indoors during winter.
